Has everyone seen the update?
Notices scattered everywhere.
WhatsApp groups, noticeboards and printed letters make it hard to know who has actually seen an update.
FOR JMBS & MCS
As a committee member, you're often asked to sign off on work you can't easily see. Bring billing records, notices and maintenance progress into one place your committee can actually look at, alongside your management team.
For committees. For management teams. For the residents you represent.
RECOGNISABLE CHALLENGES
If any of this sounds familiar, it's the everyday reality of volunteering for a committee without a shared system behind you.

Notices scattered everywhere.
WhatsApp groups, noticeboards and printed letters make it hard to know who has actually seen an update.
Follow-up that's hard to trace.
A defect gets reported, then it's unclear who picked it up or what happened next.
Billing that's hard to find.
Invoice and payment information sits with whoever last handled it, rather than somewhere the committee can check.
THREE EVERYDAY WORKFLOWS
These are the three workflows committee members ask about most often when getting to know PropKita.

HEARING FROM RESIDENTS
Committees regularly need a read on how residents feel about a proposal, a schedule or a shared facility. Resident surveys give you a way to collect that feedback alongside your notices.
A simple way to hear from residents on everyday matters.
Management can help residents who aren't comfortable using the app complete a survey or review a notice.
Surveys support feedback — formal AGM, EGM or statutory votes are handled through your usual governance process.

WORKING WITH A MANAGEMENT TEAM
PropKita works alongside your management team rather than replacing the working relationship. Committee members get their own verified access to the records their management team keeps, instead of depending on someone relaying updates secondhand.
A change in management, or the start of a new committee term, is a good time to settle three questions.
Agree which committee members and management staff can view billing records, documents and maintenance updates.
Settle the process for passing billing and maintenance records between an outgoing and incoming management team.
Clarify how notices are published and how long residents have to review shared documents before a decision.

THE REST OF THE PLATFORM
JMBs and MCs often ask about the guardhouse too. If your community has entry points to secure, our team can assess the relevant access hardware alongside your software setup. The assessment is optional, not assumed by default.

Equip the guardhouse for clearer digital visitor registration.

Keep vehicle entry and exit organised with equipment suited to your site.

Explore access devices selected around your people and entry points.
No. The surveys module is a way to collect resident feedback and opinions — it is not election or voting software and isn't intended for formal AGM, EGM or statutory resolutions. Speak to your management team or legal advisor about how those processes should be run.
PropKita can make the billing and payment records your management team enters easier to follow. It doesn't produce financial statements, audit reports or a statement of compliance — those remain the responsibility of your management team and appointed auditor.
Legal and statutory compliance remains the responsibility of the committee and management team, supported by your own advisors. PropKita is a tool for everyday communication and record-keeping, not a compliance or legal service.
Assisted access is something your management team can arrange for residents who need help using surveys or viewing notices — for example, reading it out or completing it on their behalf. Discuss the options for your community during a demo.
A change in management team is a good moment to review who has access to what and how records get handed over. Our team can talk through the setup questions during a demo.
