ON SITE, WITH AN AGREED SCOPEInstalled. Tested.
Handed over.
  1. Requirements & site review.

We review your entry points, existing equipment and site conditions relevant to the work.

  2. Agreed scope.

Equipment, labour, exclusions and timeline are confirmed in writing before any work begins.

  3. Installation.

The agreed installation work is carried out on site by our team.

  4. Commissioning & handover.

Equipment is tested and configured, and your operators are briefed before handover is confirmed.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

A scope you

Nothing is assumed. Equipment, labour and exclusions are set out before work starts, so there's a shared reference for what's covered.

KEEPING EQUIPMENT CARED FOR

Equipment that stays
assessed and accounted for.

Maintenance follows the same clear, agreed approach as installation.

  1. Equipment assessment.

Installed equipment is assessed to identify what work, if any, is needed.

  2. Agreed work.

Any servicing, adjustment or repair is confirmed with you before it's carried out.

  3. Service records.

Work carried out is recorded so you have a reference for future visits.

  4. Follow-up arrangements.

Ongoing service arrangements, including how future visits are requested, are agreed with your team.

Service frequency and parts coverage are confirmed for your setup.

BEFORE OUR TEAM ARRIVES

A few things
help us move faster.

Sharing this upfront means less back-and-forth once your project is scoped.

  • Access to the site.

Site access for our team, including any security or booking procedures

  • Your existing equipment.

Details of equipment already installed, if applicable

  • A point of contact.

A site contact who can coordinate the visit

  • The working window.

Operational constraints, such as access hours or works already under way

A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Good questions.
Clear next steps.

Still unsure what applies to your site?

Is a warranty included with installation?

Warranty terms depend on the equipment and scope involved. These are confirmed for your setup as part of the agreed project, rather than published as a fixed policy here.

We already have equipment installed elsewhere — can you take it over?

Yes, we can assess existing equipment before agreeing on any maintenance work. Share what's currently installed so our team can review it.

How often will our equipment be serviced?

Service frequency is agreed per project, based on the equipment and your property's needs. This is discussed during your quote.

What happens if a part needs replacing?

Parts coverage and replacement arrangements are confirmed for your setup as part of the agreed scope, rather than a standard inclusion.

Can work be scheduled around our operating hours?

Tell us about your access hours and any operational constraints. These are taken into account and confirmed for your setup when we agree the scope.
